This PR is a revert of an internal performance optimization for the SplashScreenHider component. The changes affect only how the boot splash screen is hidden during app startup — specifically the rendering strategy and hide-timing mechanism in src/Expensify.tsx, src/components/SplashScreenHider/index.native.tsx, index.tsx, and types.ts.

None of these changes affect user-facing features, settings, workflows, or UI labels. The splash screen is a transient loading screen with no user interaction, so it has no documentation footprint in the help site articles.
