Tests

1. Ensure the API is called when initially mounting the component (online, open the IOU details modal)

2. Go offline

3. In an incognito window, log into the 2nd account (user who owes money) and click "Settle up elsewhere"

4. Go back to your original user's window and ensure data is still outdated because you're still offline

5. Come back online, see the updated data (API was called, the other user "Settled up elsewhere")
