• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers

What it does: Removes reportsSelector (which extracted attributes?.reports) and replaces it with the existing useReportAttributes hook. The hook does the same thing but without passing a selector to useOnyx, avoiding an expensive deepEqual on the full reports map every update cycle.

• useReportAttributes() returns the same attributes?.reports value — no behavioral change
• The only consumer of the removed reportsSelector was HeaderView.tsx, now correctly using the hook
• No stale imports remain — all Attributes.ts consumers now use the default reportByIDsSelector export
• Other reportsSelector functions in the codebase (in useFilterFormValues, usePersonalDetailOptions, ProfilePage) are unrelated local functions operating on ONYXKEYS.COLLECTION.REPORT
