We can't build a filter with from:me since it uses the string literal me instead of using the account ID. Also removes the status filter, since it includes all statuses, which is the default

This PR is a bug fix to the View payment history link in Account > Settings > Subscription. It corrects how the search query is built — it now passes the account ID instead of the literal string me, and drops the redundant status filter (which was just listing every status, i.e. the default). The result is that the link once again lands the user on their billing receipts instead of "No results".

No help site files under App/docs/articles need updating because:

• No feature, label, or workflow changed. The View payment history link, its location, and its intended outcome are all unchanged — the fix simply restores the behavior the docs already describe.
• The relevant article — Billing-Overview.md ("Where to find your billing receipts") — already points users to Account > Settings > Subscription, which remains accurate.

Help articles document intended product behavior, and this change brings the product back in line with what's already documented — so there's nothing to add or correct.
