[No QA] Docs updates for E/A#93406 Time Sensitive company card feed task

Why this docs update

Companion docs update for Expensify/App#93406, which changed how the Time Sensitive section on Home surfaces broken company card feeds:

• The Fix company card connection task is now deduplicated per feed — one task per broken feed instead of one per affected card.
• The task now appears only for direct (OAuth/Plaid) card feeds. Commercial (file-based) feeds (e.g. VCF/CDF) are not user-fixable via bank login, so they no longer show a Time Sensitive task.

What changed in the docs

Updated Fix a Broken Company Card Feed Connection to:

• Name the Time Sensitive indicator as the Fix company card connection task.
• Clarify that the Time Sensitive task appears only for direct (bank-login) feeds and is shown once per feed.
• Direct admins of commercial (file-based) feeds to the red dot indicator and the Concierge #admins message, since those feeds do not surface a Time Sensitive task.
