Update Onfido dependency to the latest version

Details

Update the Onfido SDK to the latest version, to hopefully resolve the app store rejection from Google for using an old version of the Segment SDK.

• Changelogs are listed here. A lot of changelogs are just like "Update Onfido iOS SDK" or "Update Onfido Android SDK". These 2 SDKs have their respective changelogs:

  • https://github.com/onfido/onfido-android-sdk/releases
• Overall, I didn't notice any changes that should be breaking for us (other than they no longer support iOS 10, but it seems like we already require iOS 11)

Tests

I found it easier to set up the bank account from web, then use deep links to test mobile (explained below):

1. On web, open /bank-account to initiate the VBA flow
2. Follow the "Verifying" steps from https://stackoverflow.com/c/expensify/questions/342/525. This will include the Onfido step
   • If you decide to fully run the validation flow, then run UPDATE bankAccounts SET additionalData = JSON_SET(COALESCE(NULLIF(additionalData, ''), '{}'), '$.currentStep', 'OnfidoStep') WHERE bankAccountID = XXXX; to be able to rerun Onfido
3. Test the Onfido flow on Android by running:

npx uri-scheme open https://new.expensify.com/bank-account --android

5. Test the flow again on iOS, by running:

npx uri-scheme open https://new.expensify.com/bank-account --ios
