The offline UX changes will occur in #10333, this just changes the delete functionality to use the new API

1. Add a test P2P payment card (I do this a dev environment with ./script/clitools.sh generator:billingcard)
2. Delete the payment card and verify that it is deleted successfully

Looks like you modified deprecatedAPI.js! To be clear, you should not be adding any code to this file.

Instead, all new API commands should use API.js, and follow our guidelines for writing new API commands.
