Fix the styles of the form submit button on requestCallPage

Details

Simple styles change to resolve deploy blocker. The flex1 style in the FormAlertWithSubmitButton has been causing this to move down. By resetting flex style in the RequestCallPage the linked problem is fixed. There might be a better solution which however needs to be thoroughly tested as the FormAlertWithSubmitButton is used in multiple places.
