[NoQA] Add a desktop/dist directory to ignorePatterns

Details

When you run desktop app version locally and you run npm run lint, it throws many errors since the linter also scans the desktop/dist folder with the built desktop version of the app.

I am adding this folder to the ignorePatterns so this is not annoying anyone trying to find linter errors locally.

Tests

1. Build the desktop app locally using npm run desktop
2. That will create two js files in desktop/dist
3. Then run the linter using npm run lint
4. Make sure that you dont see any linter errors (or at least not from the desktop/dist folder)

Same goes with npm run build and the dist/ folder.
