Generate default avatar of random color for all the users

Details

Previously we were using ReportUtils.getDefaultAvatar without passing login to it for accounts that user never initiated a chat with, which meant that the default avatar could only be of green color. This change ensures that for all accounts color of the default avatar is generated randomly based on login

Desktop

I'm unable to launch the desktop app due to #8888 . It is not present if you downgrade to certain node and npm versions, but since I use MacinCloud, I'm unable to do so. So if someone with a mac could test it and upload a video, I would highly appreciate it.
