Goal: Implement all FIXP features -- conformant to FIXP specification Release Candidate 3 and SBE specification Release Candidate 4
Goal: Implement all FIXP features -- conformant to FIXP specification Release Candidate 2.
- Point-to-point session negotiation and establishment, transport unbinding, and end of logical flow
- All flow types: Recoverable, Idempotent, Unsequenced, None
- Retransmission request and retransmission for Recoverable flow
- NotApplied gap notification for Idempotent flow
- Multicast session with Topic message
- Session multiplexing
Goal: integration with presentation layer
- Message framing -- pluggable framing header including simple message size prefix and Simple Open Framing Header
- Session messages encoded with Simple Binary Encoding (SBE)
Goal: integration with transport layer
- Transport wrappers for TCP, UDP unicast, UDP multicast, in-memory transport for internal messaging
Goal: message storage for Recoverable flows
- At least one cluster implementation and at least one in-memory store implementation
- Out-of-band recovery
