[rpi3] - add a custom dashboard for metrics

For the metrics generated by mkrzero, we need do plot the ingested one on raspberry pi.
For this purpose, I am thinking about Dash by Plotly.
First test initiated, seems to work, we had to make sense of the JSON of metrics marked for ingestion by ingestion.py.
