Any architecture is "somehow" supported or can be supported as long as an ANSI C compiler is used with Cross-Lib.
Cross-Lib is not a compiler.
Cross-Lib is:

1. a hardware abstraction layer (a set of hardware-agnostic APIs to mostly display tiles on any vintage system)
2. a set of scripts to build the binaries for any vintage system from only abstract game code and abstract game assets.

If you edit config.ini and set the native compiler to a compiler for the ns32k architecture, you will be able to compile my games for it. The result will be ugly without extra work from me.
So the first step is to get a compiler that can handle the architecture and has some input/output capabilities (even just stdio.h if you are happy with turn-based games).
If the compiler comes with conio or ncurses libraries you can also get some real-time ASCII version of the games without any modification of the game code.
For real pixel graphics then I need to implement some target-specific code to display tiles on that machine. If some libraries are already available, then my work is easier.

Can you point me to some C compiler that can generate ready to use binaries on some specific target with the ns32k architecture?
