MMH: replace color codes with tags

What config to change

Replace color codes like §2hello§r with QuickText tags like <gold>hello</gold> in Mod Menu Helper

Why should it be changed

• Mojang has warned about deprecating § codes some time in the future
• It may make it easier/clearer to translate, too

Ideally replace on Crowdin first to minimize work required for translators. Test in-game as well.

Not everything can be replaced, but at least the main suggestion hints should be fine.
