What it does

Various custom animated textures

Why should it be in the modpack

Because #145 already was

Why shouldn't it be in the modpack

• Same concerns as ModernFix-mVUS #1020 as it was ported by the same dev
• Needs testing to see if it even makes sense on Modern Minecraft (some animated features are already in-game)

I've reviewed the code, seems like a fairly direct port from Yarn and 1.20.*. Tested with Animated RGB GUI JE (admittedly, outdated version) and it made the inventory GUI animate. Will be adding for testing.
