Sudden FPS drops when pulling the camera down.

Describe the bug

I've been playing on the latest beta version for 26.1.2 and noticed a strange FPS drop when I pull the camera down. Game goes from 141 FPS (capped) to low 90-80s. I believe it happens more frequently around large quantities of leaves, so it might have something to do with MoreCulling? Anyway, my PC specs are a Ryzen 5 5600G CPU, 32GB of 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM and a RTX 4060Ti 8GB GPU, more than enough for vanilla Minecraft.

• This bug report is about an issue with the modpack itself, I have not modified the mods nor added any resource packs. If this is not the case, I know that I should post the issue to modpack's Discord support channel instead.

• What do you mean by "pull the camera down"? Please send a video.
• Please send latest.log from your .minecraft folder
• Please try latest stable version (12.1.2 at the time of writing) on the same launcher to see if there is a difference.
• Please try configuring MoreCulling's leaf mode to see whether that makes a difference.

Sorry, I am not home right now so I can't send a video. By "pulling the camera down" I meant when I was looking at the sky for a prolonged period (cutting down trees), I get a drop in frames when I pull the camera down to look straight ahead again. I am using Default mode for leaf culling. Do you suggest another preset?
