Adding visual unsaved status

For example in a word doc the red X becomes a red circle, in IDEs there is asterisks by file names. We too should show users that the card is unsaved, and create unsaved notifications when leaving cards.

could you tell me how to modify the card title in the navBar? I think that is important. I can potentially add an asterik next to it.

I don't think adding an asterisk in title bar would be the best visual representation, perhaps changing the color of the save button in the nav?

TBH just need some dialog modal to warn you that you're trying to leave without it saved, and italicized title followed by asterisk
