After each test run, the JUnit XML file is uploaded to Google storage

To Do

Download JUnit XML
Merge JUnit XML (retain only passing tests with timing info)
Upload JUnit XML
Shard tests based on JUnit XML timing (see WIP | First attempt at grouping tests by time for issue #139 #239)
Restore test methods always run
Verify Android shards correctly
Add iOS support
