[Bug] Disable advancement popup still plays toast sounds with resource pack #486
Description

What happened?
The disable advancement/recipe toasts option in Sodium Extra still plays the toast_in/toast_out sounds should a resource pack that changes those sounds be active, such as my pack New Default+: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/newdefaultplus. It plays the toast_in/toast_out sounds simultaniously with no popup which gets very irritating.
Expected Result: Sodium Extras disables the toast sounds entirely should the disable option be enabled, even if a resource pack changes them
Observed Result: Sodium Extra fails to disable the toast sounds should a resource pack that changes them be present
