Steps to reproduce the bug

Every conversation that pop up (which is mostly a SMS from any of the services that use SMS for 2 factor auth) will generate a new shortcut.

Expected behavior

Similat approach to what browsers do where you have the option to add a shortcut or pin to home screen only when necesary.

I'm using Fennec and DuckDuckGo to test these things
