Add support for sorting the shorts tab by oldest on the local API

Description
YouTube finally added support for sorting the shorts tab by oldest, which they never added back, unlike the videos and live tabs.
This pull request adds support for that, on the local API only of course, as it might take Invidious a while to catch up (they don't support sorting the live or shorts tabs at all yet).
Testing
Visit a channel with shorts on the local API such as https://www.youtube.com/@GibiASMR/shorts and test that sorting by oldest works and that I didn't break the other sorting options.
