Additional context
I ran into this issue when testing shaka in android webview. I don't believe this typically crops up in electron.

The problematic function call (
shaka.media.ManifestParser.isSupported(mimeType)) doesn't seem to occur in electron becausevideo.canPlay("application/x-mpegURL")returns"", so it just automatically returns instead of checking if the type is supported.
