Make Timeout Configurable (Soften the Timeout Setting)

Excellent Extension

As we start to work local more and more, this is a great extension for VS...thank you!

1. Sometimes we ask for a lot, and we don't mind waiting, like for example if we go to sleep. By allowing us to set the timeout, it is a 90/10 fix, little effort that opens up the utility of this extension.
2. This can just be another box on the Tool/LocalPilot/General Settings, or just a field in the LocalClient tab, allowing us to override the setting for the next request.
3. If you want help, I may be able to add this to the project.

Your suggestion was really good and I created a settings on settings page where you can put timeout in seconds
