Razer Tartarus Pro, 1532:0244: Found 0 Razer device(s)

I am looking for a way to assign desired codes to the keys for the keyboard
Razer Tartarus Pro, 1532:0244, Model Rz07-0311
I have already installed the OpenRazer driver according to the instructions https://openrazer.github.io/ [1] on Ubuntu 24.04.2. I have also installed razer-cli and razerCommander according to the instructions [1]. I can start both programs, but my keyboard is not recognized. Although when I enter lsusb RZ07-0311 Gaming Keypad with the ID ID 1532:0244 is recognized.

When starting $ninja run in the directory "/razercommander/builddir" as described here https://gitlab.com/gabmus/razerCommander a message "No devices connected" is also displayed.
