Objective of split cost bot is to split the cost among a group of people and show the usernames of those people who owe another person money.

Functionality:

1. Takes in the cost, total number of people and user names of people involved
2. Returns a message to show the cost per pax, as well as all the usernames involved
3. User is able to click on a button to remove their name once they have paid their debt
