I was unable to figure out how to get a dev environment setup to test this,but I believe this should fix #3652.When I built from
master(without my changes), testing on my physical device and on an emulator, I couldn't get the ripple to show. Can someone else test this?I think this is relating to react/react-native#6515 and #907.
