Create Histogram gallery category and move rose.py to the new category

Description of proposed changes

• Created a directory examples/gallery/histograms
• Added README.txt file in examples/gallery/histograms directory
• Added the path to the conf.py file
• Moved the example rose.py from examples/gallery/embellishments to examples/gallery/histograms
