Roadmap

MVP (v 0.1.0)

The MVP for this project could be called a "dumb contract" system. Charters and contracts are stored in git, and signed using GPG. The guild's finances can be tracked in a ledger, but no paired functionality for managing the funds is provided.

It is assumed that the guild members will be able to work out a scheme suitable to themselves using the available cryptocurrency and related tools out there. It is suggested to use a multisig wallet and colored coins, such as the temporary, but official Git Guild tokens TGG.

Smart Contract (v 1.0.0)

After a lot of steps, some of the contracts used by a guild should be able to be expressed as a smart contract. Considering that the current smart contract ecosystem is evolving rapidly, and the guild organizational model itself is still experimental, we will leave the details open as to how this will happen.
