Add release asset containing results of running Graphify against its own source code repo

Please consider adding an extra step to your GitHub publishing pipeline to generate sample output analyzing Graphify itself, zipping/tarballing that up, and adding that as another downloadable asset for each version release. This would make it much easier to see what your software is capable of without needing to set up a full working environment just to build and browse the output files. It could also be useful as part of a Graphify demo website.

Implemented in commit 7182b18. Added .github/workflows/release-graph.yml that:

1. Triggers on every GitHub release (and workflow_dispatch for manual runs)
2. Runs graphify extract . --code-only against the graphify source itself (AST-only, zero API cost)
3. Generates the HTML viewer with graphify export html
4. Bundles graph.json + graph.html + GRAPH_REPORT.md into graphify-self-graph.tar.gz
5. Attaches it as a downloadable asset on the GitHub release page

For workflow_dispatch runs (manual trigger), the bundle is uploaded as a 7-day workflow artifact instead. Users can now download and open graph.html locally on every release without any setup.
