Create a "Principle Targets" selection filter #74

Description

@GregSal
  • There is one and only one Principle Target for each target group (using the target diagram group selection).

  • The Principle Target is the key volume that will be assessed for coverage during dose evaluation.

  • The Principle Target is almost always a PTV. if no PTV exists for a given target group there are two options:

    1. Ignore that target group (Default, it assumes a labeling error has resulted in a false target group)
    2. Use a CTV from the target group and if no CTV, use a GTV from the target group. If there are more than one CTV or GTV in the target group follow the same selection criteria defined for multiple PTVs below.
  • If the group contains more than one PTV use the following selection criteria:

    1. If the group contains an eval PTV, use it
    2. Prioritize PTVs without a subgroup
    3. Prioritize PTVs without a laterality
    4. If there are PTVs with & without opt, select the one with the smaller volume
  • Sort the selected Principle Targets using the same sorting criteria used for the target groups in the target diagram.
