[BUG] some chemical stuff

**Describe the bug**
- Chemical formula of `Titanium Tetrachloride` is incorrect: `TiC₂Cl₂` -> `TiCl₄`
- `Nickel Zinc Ferrite` Ingot recipe is incorrect: chemical formula is `NiZnFe₄O₈`, but Blast Furnace recipe takes only 2B of Oxygen.
