Task notification process?

Once I have a volunteer signed up for a task. Where is the Admin's ability to notify or identify who the volunteer is?

During the campaign and task setup, an admin will most likely have the need to update tasks. The ability for the admin to push a button on the task page to notify the volunteers of the changes/updates would be very handy as it reduces the time from calling, copying emails. The button could just grab all the volunteers emails and push out an email. If they could push an SMS as well. that would be great too.
