Allow for download of older archives in case pdf is deleted in newer archive

Hi, as I understand it your project will get the latest archive of the wayback machine and then download all pdf files from that one archive. However this would exclude all pdfs which have since been removed from that archive of the website.
Would it be possible to come up with some kind of a solution so that if a pdf has since been deleted it will also download that from an earlier backup?

It might be possible (to be honest, I don't know yet) with a little bit of research and tests about how to do it manually.

Do you have any example case where you found a deleted file in an older archive ?

Because, indeed, the current behavior is to get all archived PDF files, from the different snapshots. It also means that if a file is not in the newest snapshot but exists in an older one, it will also be included.

Maybe I missed something and that's why I'd like a example.

Hi, I don't have an example, its just I assumed that the way the script works is by getting all the PDF documents off the latest snapshot. But if your saying that the script gets all PDF documents from all the different archives then this shouldn't be a problem. Thanks!
