Switched project configs to AnyCPU, added AssemblyName and CopyLocalLockFileAssemblies to .csproj files, and introduced SkipCopyLocalReferences target to prevent local copying of references. Updated solution structure: added Shared and HS2Graphics projects, expanded Solution Items, and organized projects under solution folders.
