Adds "providers": NFD and Jidenticon. NFD is used to interact with NFD, fetch NFD data, fetch the avatar, etc. Jidenticon is used to deterministically produce avatar SVGs.
Adds Avatar components, in line with other shadcn components.
Adds logic for making the required fetches per message, for All, Replies and and Topics.

- Moved NFD query/fetch logic to `TransactionContext` - Removed debug styles - Linting
