feat: set fee and expose fee as part of post

• Allows posters to set fee. This fee is what will be used to show "priority" and the ensure spamming is expensive
• Moves the fee from the dropdown menu to be more visible
• Cap max fee at 5 algos with FEE_CAP
• Add custom fee's
  • Persist custom fee's in store (Zustand)
  • Improve visual language for fee's
    • Use Algorand logo for fee (rather than "ALGO")
      • See: https://algorandtechnologies.com/about/media-kit for fair use
• Adjust fee/priority copy/naming conventions
• Bump Casa name to include "alpha"
• Other layout tweaks
