In this repository, you can find the code that I used to produce the Figures in my PhD manuscript.
The manuscript itself can be found at the adress : [to be added later]
All the parameters and boundary conditions are hard-coded. To reproduce the Figure a.b of the manuscript, it should be enough to run 'Figure_a_b.py'.
To install, we recommend cloning the repository and installing the dependencies manually.
Dependencies: numpy, matplotlib, scipy
