Now targeting the v2.x Parse JS SDK. So long, `Parse.Promise`.

Release v0.3.0

This version includes breaking changes to the MockDB API in preparation
for future upgrades to the version of the Parse SDK that we are mocking.

Using this version as a stepping stone should make the upgrade path
easier.

Remove NPM version requirement (#83)

This is causing my docker builds to fail intermittently because the
version of NPM there no longer matches this regex. There isn't any major
reason for this to be required so I am just removing it here to get over
that issue.
