Groups UI: Validation errors are not presented on Groups pop up.

In v4.0.1, create groups threw validation errors on the popup. It does not in v4.1:

1. In a dataverse with no groups, edit groups, create group, save without entering data. Closes popup and says an error occurred on the page.
2. In a dataset, edit permissions click create group, save, closes popup, says nothing. Click create group again and see the errors on the popup.

In v4.01. at dataverse-demo.iq.harvard.edu, repeat case #2 above and see the errors in line on the popup.
