Beckhoff: Discuss with motion team on adding arbritary fields

As a developer working with Beckhoff PLC controllers I would like to standardise a way of adding arbritrary fields to a controller. A good example of this is the air signals + bump strips on LARMOR.

Acceptance Criteria

• Meeting is had with the motion team
• Outcome is documented
• Tickets are created for said fields to add them in

from a brief chat with Simon it's easy to expose things like the air signals via OPC tags, but they'd be outside of the axis struct. this is probably better for us as it'll keep the naming short.

Meeting was had (with myself and KB from our team, and LN and SC from the motion team), decision is that:

• arbitrary fields are going to be added in a separate prog file to the axis struct, name of this is TBC but SC will let us know. We won't use a struct for now, though this may change if it gets tedious to add things like a temp sensor, though if that becomes the case the standard library will be modified.
• we should probably add some automatic way of logging for these PVs if possible, or we could just set up blocks for them individually.

I will add to the dev wiki on the beckhoff page once the name has been confirmed, but for now no actions are needed on our part.
