We should bring our version of the new galil driver up to date, however there have been various upstream reorganisations so this may need a bit of care.
We should consider if we wish to follow the upstream V3-6 branch rather than new 4.0 - this comes down to compatibility with exisiting functions v new features (see comments on both at https://github.com/motorapp/Galil/releases)
For the moment, staying on 3-6 is probably better as both are supported, this gives us some compatibility with galil-old startup files. Post some testing may with to look at 4-0
