Add missing GameDirector.Mcp + Nexo.API.Endpoints wiring for Fleet.Host mesh publish. Align StableSdk sample with Encodings.Web 10.0.9, Brick (not DomainBrick alias), and Nexo.Hosting.Sdk.Extensions. Co-authored-by: IanFrelinger <IanFrelinger@users.noreply.github.com>
