Buttons and tabs are not displaying correctly in different browsers and platforms

1. Full Screen / Exit Full Screen Buttons

• When loading the Ignite UI product page, the "Full Screen" button in the grid and chart sections does not behave as intended across all browsers. Upon clicking, the grid should expand to full screen, and the button should toggle to "Exit Full Screen." However, this functionality appears inconsistent.

2. Showing/hiding the navigation tab bar

• When expanding the grid to full screen, the navigation bar should be hidden.

3. Sub header bar

• Under the navigation tab bar, the page sub header with the description and actions buttons appears black. Preview is attached:
