feat(api)!: add swift intermediary bic and inbound rtp request events

Applies the latest API spec update.

• Add intermediary_bank_identification_code to SWIFT transfer create params and responses.
• Add inbound_real_time_payments_request_for_payment.created / .updated event categories (events, subscriptions, list filters, webhooks).
• Add debtor_account_number and debtor_routing_number to Inbound Wire Transfers.
• Make pending_transaction_id optional on the Card Settlement simulation; when omitted the settlement is force-posted without a Card Authorization.
• Remove the twin_city_bank option from the Program simulation bank enum.
• Clarify docs: physical check tracking updates are sorted by created_at in ascending order.

BREAKING CHANGE: removed the twin_city_bank member from the Program simulation bank enum; callers passing that value will no longer compile or validate.

Held for manual review — breaking change (removed twin_city_bank enum member).
