[Bug] [5.2.0-beta2] Layout overlap issue, currently playing list under navigation buttons

Describe the bug

With 3-button navigation turned on, when a video is swiped down, the currently playing list ends up behind the 3-button navigation buttons where it can't be clicked. In 5.1.1 the widget stayed above the navigation buttons.

I suspect this is similar to what happened in #2486 but it's a different element overlapping the navigation buttons, hence a separate bug report.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Have 3-button navigation turned on in Android. Launch PipePipe 5.2.0 beta2
2. Start playing any video
3. Swipe down on the video, which will continue playing the video in the background.

I'm having the same problem.

This used to happen even when videos were playing in portrait mode,
and while that issue has been resolved,
it seems the problem where the taskbar gets covered when you slide the video down like that still hasn't been fixed.

Am running beta 5.2.0-beta2 and the overlap issue is still present. @Priveetee I think this might also be referred as 'immersive mode' in some apps, if so we just need a toggle in Pipepipe to toggle it on/off if that was the intention.

hey @b1k3rdude, it's not immersive mode (that one hides the bars for fullscreen). this is the bottom UI drawing under the 3-button nav bar because the app went edge-to-edge with the targetSdk bump, so it's a layout bug, not a mode, a toggle wouldn't fix it. a fix is up (InfinityLoop1308/PipePipeClient#53) that puts the mini player and the tabs back above the nav bar. it's not in beta2 yet, so what you're seeing is expected for now :)

Hey! Here's a debug build with the fix, the mini player stays above the nav bar in edge-to-edge now:

It installs next to your normal PipePipe (separate package) so nothing on your side gets touched. arm64 build, should be fine for basically any recent phone.

So I an on a Pixel6 running GrapheneOS and I have the 3 button nav enabled. I tried your build above and it wont play any videos at all, its instantly generates an error. And I would have posted the error from the device, but the overlap issue is preventing me from doing that, so attached a SS instead.

Ah that's on me, I'm so dumb 😭

I actually know exactly why: that build accidentally had some unrelated experimental playback changes baked in, that's why nothing would play. The nav-bar fix itself is fine, the build was just bad.

Here's a clean one with only the nav-bar fix:

Retested it on my side (Pixel 8, 3-button nav): videos play again, and the mini player controls (play/pause, queue, close) now sit above the nav bar. Would be great if u can confirm on your Pixel 6 :)

Works fine on my Samsung Galaxy A55. There's just this small cosmetic issue.
