PipeBender (Newpipe/Tubular Fork) implemented a feature where one can change Videos tempo via middle gesture (scrolling up and down from the middle of the screen).
It's extremely helpful as many times we need to change the video tempo when there is dense info part, or some advanced discussion or one of the discussion participants is speaking slowly/fast than others. We needed to quickly go back and forth with the tempo.
In these situations (definitely not limited to), having a dedicated gesture to control the tempo becomes very handy.
Here is PR of the PipeBender that implemented this feature. Someone might be able to port it.
Currently we do have the ability to set middle gesture to get in and out of Fullscreen window, so it might be added as an option too.
