Guidelines are difficult to find/read what you are looking for and get a complete picture of a topic without looking in multiple places(for example information about fields was in 3/4 different sub-sections) and so after conversations with @MarkMichaelis thought to try and move things into one section that has all the information needed on a topic so you only have to look in one place to get everything from suggestions to naming rules to guidelines, etc.. Miscellaneous might be able to be split up a bit more, and could be the next working piece.
