[ci] modify pipeline.close and add more case into pr_test

1. Update the pipeline.close method.
2. Add the kvint test case to the PR test.
3. Adjust the LongText benchmark configuration as its current setting.
4. Optimize the prefix benchmark configuration to reduce its execution time.
5. Change cv dependency to the headless version, as some machines lack libgl library.
