Adds response validation to all the TSP responses in
makeJsonRequest. All the schemas for the responses allow unknown fields just to give a bit more wiggle room for forward compatibility.I also updated the minimum node version to 20. Our policy about version bumps has loosened over time; we don't require a major version bump when removing support for EOL versions
