Save the last directory from which files were added

Is your suggestion for improvement related to a problem? Please describe.
In 99.9% of all cases, I add files to an entry from my downloads folder. However, JabRef always opens the file selection dialog in the library's folder.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would find it easier if the folder that was used last is opened again. Ideally, this should be a setting that is remembered over restarts of JabRef.

For implementation: Check the other places for browsing a directory. We have the file folder storing implemented at other places.
